If you need a plumber, I highly recommend going with H & H Plumbing. Great service and wonderful people. In selling my house, I had to fix or update 3 different things - H & H were timely and quick at responding to my needs. They were also kind enough to take the time to explain things thoroughly so that I knew what and why things needed to be done. Great job!!
The worker forgot to cut down an old pvc pipe and so it is still embedded in the ceiling. Each time the worker showed up at the house for partial days of work we were charged one hour of drive time. The total amount of work time according to the secretary at H & H was 9.75 hours. The bill reflected 12.75 hours. Of the total hours 3 hours was billed as travel time. We have currently requested one hour (round trip travel time) be deducted from our bill as such. We are awaiting a response as we speak.

Disappointing service.
We called H & H for an estimate for our remodel project. A representative came within a day or two of our initial call to learn more about the project. At that time he indicated that he would be able to "squeeze us in" the following Thursday or Friday. That Thursday or Friday H & H didn't show up. We did not receive correspondence of any kind indicating that they would not be showing up to do the work. After we initiated a phone call because of the "no show" we were told that they would be able to show up the next week. Once again, they never made it to our job site. H & H never called to indicate to us that they wouldn't be able to make it. The third week into waiting for H & H we received a last minute phone call (it was either the night before or early in the morning the next day) that they would be able to come in the next day in the afternoon. At 4:00 p.m. or so a worker arrived and stayed just over an hour. He put in a temporary water line where we wanted to have a permanent one because he didn't have time to complete the project (because he arrived so late in the day). The only reason we agreed to the temporary "solution" is because we didn't have water or a toilet! The worker arrived again the next day for just over 3 hours. The final day of work was just over 5 hours of labor. He arrived at approximately 11:00 a.m. and then took his lunch for which we paid for the lunch break. (Had the work began early in the morning for a full work day this may not have been problematic).
H & H charged for one hour of travel time each time they arrived on site even though they didn't even come close to working a full day.
H & H lacked follow-through.
